Review Time
I ordered a jacket costing £73 on 28/7/25. The website reviews were all positive. The following morning, before receiving a confirmation email, I checked the trustpilot reviews and contacted the company requesting a cancellation and refund in accordance with the consumer contracts regulations. Initially they denied the trustpilot reviews related to them and several emails later they agreed to my request. More than 2 weeks later I had not received a refund. I emailed again requesting my refund and informed them I would report the matter to Mastercard. The following day I received my refund. This is a very condensed version of events. I was very fortunate and suggest against ordering anything from this company.

This company is just a scam, there so called UK office is not manned just a rented space & the other Tennants take in there Mail & parcels.The Demi Moore blazer I ordered took weeks to arrive, no wonder as it came from Pakistan, from a Syed Muhammad Owais Naseem from a private address, not a business address. The jacket was a piece of rag, the seems had been glued, no labels what so ever just a disgusting, unwearable item. After quite a few emails, strong complaints, telephone calls etc, I did get 75% refund, it wasn't worth fighting for the rest because it would have cost me more then to return it, with no guarantee of the balanceDO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY as they are just a fabricated one.

Actually one star is too much for this company. My husband googled a"Monty Don" jacket and pictures of the man himself wearing the jacket he admired popped up on their website. The reviews on their own website are 100% 5 star except they use a few popstar names which should have been a warning to him. My husband ordered it and what arrived in the post was a joke. A London transport blue polyester mix monstrosity with a hideous quilted lining. Not a single seam was straight. There were no size labels, fabric content labels or care labels making it illegal to sell. It fitted where it touched. Their response to his request for a refund was to offer my husband a discount on his next purchase followed by varying degrees of discount if he kept the jacket. Only by threatening them with a complaint to Barclaycard and Trading Standards did he finally get a refund. If you want the real jacket , it is a well known French clothing company and is called a Chore jacket. Refund finally arrived, so be persistent. The jacket went straight to a charity shop.....

After receiving two emails that "due to an unexpected issue", my order had not been shipped, I cancelled the oder and requested a refund. The refund was never issued. When trying to get in touch with the company via phone, no answer. The phone number of mother company - Shoplectic - doesnt even register as a phone. I would avoid this company
