Ordered 3 SIMs for the family. Received notification email saying I would get an email when they were sent.One week later, still nothing - no email, no SIMs.Trying phoning customer support. Could not get through (sept 2 hours trying!).Tried their online chat. After an hour, I finally got a response. He said the sims had been sent when I ordered them. When I asked why I had not had an email saying they had been sent he disconnected connection!!Raised a PAYPAL resolution request. Never had a response from Lebara. Have now escalated it to Paypal for a full refund.Only now I find out Lebara is TPG - who were terrible when a copper ISP. Speaks volumes! Steer clear!!!
I bought a pre paid sim starter pack for my son from the shops. went to activate it for my son on the app but it refuses to actvate without any ID and the one ID i did have it denied. I called them and say on hold for 30 mins before i hung up. i went online only to be told by the activation team to either call customer service or use the online service.. which i already tried.... BOTH.. useless excuse for costomer service... Go elsewhere if i was you..
They keep promising to refund me for an unauthorised charge; but two weeks later, nothing.Allegedly, they couldn't credit the refund to my debit card, yet I only find this out after I try to contact them to chase my refund.I am sure the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission would be keenly interested to ask Lebara some questions about this behaviour.In the meantime, I have filed a chargeback with my bank.
It’s a SCAM, I bought online Lebara SIM card $150 for 360 days 180 GB, they said I can’t use my existing number so I cancel it and they will refund the money, but until now I haven’t receive the money, I tried to email them but no response.Also I bought another online Lebara SIM card for my daughter $12, when I received the SIM card, it was only $2 starter pack so I recharge $14.90 but still not working, I called the CS and they will send a new SIM card with the plans on it, too complicated and confusing
I've been slowbara for over 5yrs because when they 1st came into the market they had the best deals and everything worked - now the internet hardly ever works, MMS is a joke, service is non existent. This is what happens when a company relies upon people not being bothered to move - never again. No point having 200GB in data bank if it's slow it's affecting my business for starters and personal usage secondary. I will never go near them again. You get two chances in business, the first better be fixed because the second time is go elsewhere. See ya slowbarra loyalty means nothing anymore.
I was a customer with Lebara before and they had shockingly bad service. I stupidly bought a Lebara SIM again because it was on special at Coles and I need an extra data plan. The SIM wouldn't work and after waiting 20mins on hold they said to email an account which I still don't have any reply from a week later. These guys are jokers, don't waste your time.
