I’d like to start by highlighting the outstanding technical support provided by MotoCMS 4. Their team responds quickly and offers effective solutions in a short time.I believe MotoCMS 4 will continue to improve in the coming months and eventually offer close to 1,000 themes. The subscription prices are also very affordable.Compared to complex platforms like WordPress, MotoCMS 4 makes it incredibly easy to create the design you want without hassle. Highly recommended!
In 2024 I paid Motocms to migrate 3 very simple sites to hostpapa. Only one of the sites was working and in a very strange location. But it worked. The other two were nested inside this domain. Very confusing. For the last year and half these websites have been down (!).Motocms doesn’t have a live chat like every other service out there so I had to submit yet another ticket. It's just very hard to speak to someone; the replies are always very defensive and not owning their mistakes. The reply I got was I should have updated the A record. Well I provided them with ALL the logins and the A record is actually updated. Bizarre. Just make things work. Really frustrating. Still no answer even called them on their phone. Says everybody is busy. Nightmare.
