Awful Customer Service

Awful Customer Service. Paid for next day delivery but took 4 days. I've sent 4 emails to customer service which have all been ignored. I won't use them again, terrible treatment of customers.

Effortless process

The ordering process straightforward and my order arrived the next day. Ideal. The 3 outdoor lights look and feel good quality, being aluminium rather that plastic. I have yet to install them, so hopefully they will work as expected.

Great product, good communication, speedy delivery

The communication was great from both the lighting company and the courier.The delivery was next day as promised even though my order was placed early evening.The lights look fab quality and were well packaged though we don’t have them up yet. They appear to be just what I wanted to suit my lounge/diner.Can’t wait to see them in place.
