Easy to order. Poor delivery service

Website very good and easy to order.I was pleasantly surprised to be emailed the following day with a delivery time from Fed-ex stating a rough delivery time for that day.The parcel never arrived, just an email saying they had attempted delivery but nobody was home. This was annoying as I was home all day. I received an email with exactly the same thing happening the following day. Now it’s the weekend and they say it will arrive on Monday… we’ll see! I will otherwise have to collect from a drop off point, which is obviously not ideal.
