Avoid! Absolutely frauds and scammers. I have escalated to Citizens Advice.They never sent the return label and they never refunded me the returns paid fee (twice paid!!). Their online ''returns portal'' keeps crushing and producing a label that is not DHL aacepted. When I asked for the refund, they said they refunded the label. They never did.Plus they never sent a new one or a courier.Its been 3 months trying to send the product back.Now, I will simpy report them.
I bought an 'Edit Tiber USB Rechargeable LED Outdoor Table Lamp' which arrived faulty - it turns itself off after around 5 seconds. I tried the customer service number to which there's no answer and I've emailed four times now over 6 weeks with no response whatsoever. The return form on the website also doesn't work. What's going on?! Awful awful customer service, don't use.
First class communication, fair pricing , fast next day delivery , excellent product will use again for hallway fittings only thing I forgot was to ask if military discounts were available ,if this is not applicable to the reader rest assured the price is fair , Look no further for your lighting needs.
Very happy with the service part of the transaction.Happy with the design of the products.Slightly disappointed with the stand alone table lamps. Whilst the charging time is indicated as well as the life of the light, it is missing the length of time the light shine on 1 charge. This has meant that instead of being an item I would charge once a week, I need to do this daily. Not exactly what I was hoping for. So renter friendly to a point.
Delivered day after order. Order complete and was easy to fit to replace LED lights that were ghosting. Replaced with a bezel and gu10 bulbs that perfectly covered a 135 mm cutout. Very competitive prices and on of the few companies that supplied non led lights for a large cutout. Would use lighting direct again.
