Fast delivery

Fast delivery. However extra delivery charge. Some items were out of stock and I had another delivery due. To this delivery I was trying to add one more item and unfortunately you are not able to do that, what happens is you have to pay for the separate delivery even if they hold the item and send off with already scheduled one.
