Nice item but not the 1 day service advertised. Ordered items from stock Friday 1.30pm for what is described as 1-day delivery. I called on the following Tuesday afternoon to find that they had not yet been dispatched. I received a confirmation of dispatch early on Wednesday.Reliable next day services are not unusual. So if it's offered, that is what customers reasonably expect. If it's late being packed and shipped, keep the customer informed so that they can make alternative arrangements.
Lovely re-chargeable lamp. Wanted a small light for our dinner table in the evening. This looks lovely.Charged up for 5 hours before using for the first time. Really happy with it. Provides a warm white and a cooler white light at the touch of a finger and looks good on our table.
Exposed wiring on the solar lights and so no good for outside.The return process is a faff and I don’t have any pick up points near me.I have emailed the company twice, one with a query a few days ago and one relating to the poor quality lights, neither have received a response.
Nice looking fitting, good value and decent service. The stability of the fitting on its metal back plate is not great and there is a random hole in the bezel at the bottom. Other than that the quality is good for the money and it looks great on the wall.
Ordered a ceiling fan back in June/ beginning of July ?.. We re now August with no sign of my fan. Although I was told there was some issue with supply I was assured it was on its way.Money has been taken from my account now, I ve sent countless emails with no replies and called to hear know one what's going on.To rub salt in the wound I was in another merchants this week and could of just had one off the shelf there.
