Ordered a wall light at the end of May for a renovation project. The electrician was only able to install it by mid-July. There was a fault with the LED strip. I emailed the company asking about the procedure to return the item & get a replacement. They did not reply. I checked their website, which stated that they do not accept damaged items after 30 days. It also stated that no attempt can be made to install a product which needs to be returned. So how do you know if the product is faulty if you aren’t allowed to install it?
Product description good, quality and build good. I am using a Crompton 4w dimmable bulb which worked perfectly with a touch lamp I already have.With your lamp the low and mid levels work OK,The high level unfortunately flashes, whilst this is not a major concern it is annoying.If you are aware of a bulb that works fully with your lamp please advise and I will get one.
Looked at a lot of suppliers both locally and online. Found what I wanted online at Lighting Direct and was impressed with the detail of information given along with a suggestion for the best bulbs to get the "look" I wanted.Delivery was very quick and the quality of the product is excellent for a lighting unit including bulbs for under £80.If you see something you like you can order with confidence.
