Ordered x2 wall lights on 3/11/23 should have arrived in 2/5 working days, order still not arrived, got confirmation email but no tracking no. Emailed this company 3 times no reply. Very unprofessional I would just like to know where my order is and if it’s delayed what the reason is or if no reason a refund to be issued, so I can buy from another company
No communication on order, impossible to get through to customer services for an answer/update despite monies taken for order already. No communication by email either. Be wary before you order from this company.UPDATE ON REVIEW : Decided to try company again 07/07/24 as they have some great products and ordered some outside lights. Communications from customer service excellent, delivery quick and sent out as stated. Much improved service! Will use again, confidence restored.
I had a minor problem with one of the items, but it was dealt with the very next day and a replacement was received the following day. What shows the quality of a company is not always what it sells, but also the way in which it deals with problem. Thank you Catherine, you are a star.
Had a very simple question regarding some contradictory information on their website (listed a festoon as coming with a transformer plug but were recommending 240v lamps). Sent a query to their technical@ email, no response after nearly two weeks now, followed up with a query to customer services, again no response. Doesn’t fill me with confidence to order from them if they can’t respond to a basic question.
