The website is very user-friendly with plenty of choiu e and good supporting information.Ordering was straightforward and the light arrived next day within the slot promised by Yodel. The lamp was well packaged and in perfect condition.An electrican fitted the lamp today and itis working well. It looks very appropriate above a Victorian church porch
A well made light at a good price. Two negatives; firstly the backplate that attaches to the wall only has a single hole when really it needs two as the rare-earth magnets that attach it to the main body are very strong and I suspect it will work loose over time when the main body is removed to change the batteries. You can use the adhesive patch, but I would prefer (and will drill) another hole. Also, the backplate has to be levered out of its location in the main body with a screwdriver due to the strength of the magnets when you receive it, not something that is explained in the instructions or is immediately obvious. An additional point; although the light was well packaged itself, it was delivered in a larger box and was rattling around in the main box due to inadequate 'air bags', luckily no damage done, but please don't skimp on protective wrapping. Finally, would I buy another light if needed? Overall, yes.
I ordered two bedside lamps. Unfortunately only one survived the delivery process and the other arrived with a broken shade. The customer support team were great and a second replacement unit was dispatched pronto. They look fine and I’m more than happy.
