Review Time
I recently ordered a ceiling fan with light which arrived very promptly. I arranged for an electrician to install it but, because of a design issue, we found it impossible to connect two of the pieces together. Attempts to telephone were unsuccessful (which was a frustration) but an email was answered with a call back the same day. Catherine was extremely helpful in arranging for a replacement which arrived the following day allowing us to complete the installation without further delay. Thanks Catherine.
I've used this company for years now and the service is always fantastic. I wrongly ordered part of my bulb order but when I phoned to sort it out, Laura handled it very quickly, refunded me for the wrong bulbs and did an order for the bulbs I should have ordered. Very, very good customer service and they always get the orders to you very quickly.
Awful awful experience. Ordered 2 picture lights one arrived faulty. Send photos and email straight away and tried to call. No answer to my emails for days. No one answers the phone either - just rings out. Product was in stock at time of emailing re the fault. Due to how long its taken for them to respond - the ‘replacement’ light is now not due in until February - despite there own website saying in stock from Friday. Offered alternative - and been told I need to pay extra. Not happy. Tried to call 8 times today and no one answer the phone no matter what department you select. I bought these lights as a pair to go either side of a media wall - if you can’t offer me the same I want 2 of the alternative offered. I can’t have 2 different lights! Ridiculous! If my issue had been responsed to straight away, then there wouldn’t have been an issue as the replacement was in stock, but due to being ignored, here we are.
I had placed 2x orders with UK based companies and I have to say, they have not performed as well as you guys, the product come in great time, in great condition and the whole process was stress free and simple, (thank you ), yes, I would use this company again if needed.
Easy ordering, arrived as stated and in perfect condition. Picture light was as described. Using it as lighting for sheet music and is perfect. Can't comment on battery life or unit longevity but appears well made. Very good experience all round so far.
