Timely delivery but an awkward product to install.This outdoor PIR lantern doesnt allow for a cable to enter the unit from anywhere other than from directly behind the lamp. The threaded nut connections that fix the lamp to the fixing base are too tiny and make for an awkward connection.
My opinion matters does it.Dont talk a load of rubbish!!!!!If i get no reply to this final email i will be reporting you to TRADING STANDARDS next week.That is not a threat its a guarantee and if i say i am going to do something I DO IT!The amount of emails i have sent asking for some help and to be blatantly be ignored!!!With some help from a handyman he figured out the battery operated picture light could be screwed to the wall.Thats sorted thanks to him.But now having turned it on the light does not work so i want a replacement sending. It has not even been on the wall yet.Or do you not honour your 2 year guarantee either as i cant return this to you as i dont drive and i live on my own.Without your customers, you dont have a BUSINESS!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡What part of that dont you understand?.And judging by reviews you seem to have a lot of negative ones.You either need to treat your customers with RESPECT or stop trading.I want a replacement.I have messaged you on instagram, Facebook and this must be the 6th email i have sent and still i have heard nothing.Your all about the MONEY If this email also goes ignored i will be emailing trading standards next week as ive just been a victim of fraud before christmas so trust me im ready for it.I have no issues reporting people. So i await your reply And if your not going to replace it i want my money back. Good day
My light was well packed and marked 'Fragile' but was broken in transit by YODEL. I phoned Lighting Direct and was answered by a human, not a chatbot or similar, within 10 seconds. I emailed a picture and a replacement was available within 30 minutes. Living not far from their premises I collected it on the same day, not being prepared to trust YODEL again. The way my issue was handled is the mark of a great company. To be fair to YODEL they too responded on the same day (to my review on Trustpilot) but Lighting Direct had already solved the issue.
The website was easy to use and the order process also easy to navigate. I received updates about my order which was delivered when I was informed it would. There a delay in dispatching but that was presumably due to availability. My order was received in good condition and well packaged.
For:Prompt processing of my order (for 2 strings of led Christmas lights) and prompt delivery.Against:The relevant Web page listed the lights and a smart adapter, but made no mention of the transformer required (to convert mains to 31V). I therefore assumed it was included. Unfortunately not.A call to Customer Services got me nowhere other than to give me the phone number of the original supplier of the leds.I now have ordered a power converter from the original supplier.But not greatly impressed.
