American diner lights

I was delighted with the lights I ordered had looked at various sites and same and similar lights cost more the delivery was so quick (The next day) and it was free! Even had several E mails updating me on my delivery process well done.

Best customer service that I have ever had

Best customer service that I have ever had from any company I have ever dealt with. I had a faulty light delivered. I contacted customer services via the website and had a return call back within an hour. The issue was resolved and a replacement was sent out and with me the next working day. Can't praise the staff member who dealt with me enough.

Not impressive

I bought a rechargeable lampThere were no instructions with the item and it needed a plug to convert from 2 pin to UK 3 pin.This was not offered at the time of purchase so I had to get one from Amazon to charge the item.

Disappointed with the look

The lights looked different on the web-page. In reality, the are rather bulky and come more than 10 cm out from the wall and when put above a picture/art, all you see from below is white plastic, which is all of the underneath and you dont see any of the nice brass colour. The white area is basically where the batteries goes and the on/off switches. Its too visible and makes the light look cheap. I will be returning them and look for something that looks nice from below.

Ordered a small battery operated picture light excellent quality, am really happy with it, depending on battery life may order another. so far so good, excellent delivery time no problems. Easy to navigate website no complications. Would recommend.
