I was informed of delivery date and also notified when my goods were being dispatched. I paid for an early delivery and they came in the stated time. The lights were of good quality and delivered in appropriate packaging.
Where do I start! I ordered 3 x lamps, namely the Lucide Ramzi Ceramic Table Lamp - Grey. I also ordered 3 lightbulbs. The issues I have are as follows: 1. My lightbulbs never arrived even though I was charged. 2. I was charged for 3x EU to U.K. adaptor plugs that I never ordered. 3. The lamps come with two prong non U.K. standard plugs. The adaptor plugs they charged me for don’t work anyway!4. The representation of the lamps in the images they show you make the lamps appear a lot bigger and of a higher quality than they actually are! In reality they are tiny, and made of a fragile ceramic type product with a flimsy material base. Bad experience!
Never got a chance to try the fluorescent tube; first arrived with one end brokken, replacement bent in the middle and broken, even on the cardboard tube by which wrapped. Replacement and subsequent refund organised efficiently, so no problem with Lighting Direct, only their courier company. Latest date (broken in middle) below
