For some reason they choose to use APC which is reliably the most useless courier firm in the UK and the only one incapable of leaving parcels in safe places. I've spent two hours watching my redelivery creep ever closer - and about two minutes before it said it would arrive it has disappaeard from the system.Doesn't matter about the product if you can't get it to the customer!
