I have returned 12 outdoor lights (within the timescale for return), as I was not too fond of their size. The company is now trying to avoid a refund by alleging that they have been fitted, and due to that, they cannot provide me with a full refund! Such a lie; the electrician has not even looked at the lights. The company is committing fraud to avoid refunding its customers!
I can’t believe how good the cost and service was. Not only was my order dealt with directly but the goods were sent on an A P C overnight delivery. You knew what number drop off you were allocated, you got a 2 hour window for delivery, also you could track the van every step of the way. Fragile items well packed and arrived in safely next morning. This over the Christmas holiday while many strikes are taking place. What more could you ask for?
