I ordered a hanging star for the window, unfortunately it arrived and was not working, I contacted the company the same day and they where brilliant.. they replied straight away and sorted out my problem!They sent a new star wich arrived the following day and it works beautifully. Thank you 🙏
I placed this order with Lighting Direct because they provided a next day delivery service... which incidentally I had to pay extra for!Unfortunately i am about to enter day three and their courier EVRi is still unable to give me a delivery date! I will think twice before buying online from this company again.Here I am and now about to enter day four. EVRi say my parcel has been delayed but no more information... do I take this as code for "we've lost it"?
I received my parcel but when I opened it it had completely the wrong light inside. I then went on to follow the returns but after filling the details in it has failed to work. I will now have to contact them direct….rubbish!!!
I received prompt notification that my order had been dispatched but seven days ago received a curt message to say there was a delay in delivery. Since then I have heard nothing at all and am left with the feeling I have wasted over£300.00. This was is a very disappointing service. No doubt Lighting Direct and the courier will each try to hide behind and blame the other but in my view Lighting Direct have to take responsibility for the inadequacy of the couriers they use. At the very least a proper explanation and update should be given. I cannot recommend anyone to purchase from Lighting Direct on my unsatisfactory experience
