Review Time
Brought a cabin in July 2024 , as instructed coated the inside and outside of the doors .opening door started to have issues, not closing and unable to lock due to shrinking and bowing at the bottom . Rang customer care and told that not their problem as I had not stained the inside and outside of the door the same colour , not under warranty. This year, the door has got worse , now a 20 mm gap at the bottom of the door. Does not lock and now can not use the room as cold . Spoke to customer care and sent hinge plates , after fitting 4 !! hinge now not even on the frame, and still not closing . The quality of the door is very poor .All I want is someone to come and look at it not keep telling me its not their problem after only 16 months Very disappointed and would not recommend sadly
From start to finish the staff have been helpful and knowledgeable ensuring we get exactly what we wanted. The sales team were friendly and answered everything truthfully. We got the cabin quickly and it was built so fast and efficient. So amazing how quick it can be put up and ready to go. Thanks to everyone in the whole process, can't wait to get the finishing touches complete and start enjoying the peace.
A fantastic 360 Cabin from Lillevilla, as far as I’m concerned their Cabins are best on the Market. Ben, Chloe at the show site, White Elm Nursery were great, explained everything and never too busy to chat on the phone or on site the several times I visited them. Also Colin & the team in Scheduling, Delivery & Logistics, very quick & efficient delivery by Ed. The fitters John & Tom were Superb..! Up and built in 2 days. Now all painted and looks great, just a few more coats and done.Super job, thx Lillevilla. Matt, North London.
Firstly, the cabin (453) we purchased is a really great build.Secondly, what a lovely company to deal with: the initial sales conversations with the wonderful Lynne. The follow-ups when we went back as we changed our mind on the model, plus choosing the paint colour and flooring, the team were helpful and friendly.To lastly, Mark who built the cabin (on his own in 1.5 days!!!) and Dave who Installed the flooring, both were professional, friendly and helpful.One minor issue, we missed a link to pay for the paint, so that wasn't ready when installation was completed, but partly our fault too!
