I ordered a blanket for my daughter for Christmas on the 24th of November,it arrived today 7th of January !To top it off the blanket had no tags and smelt vile ,to say it was the farthest thing from the picture was an understatement!Avoid avoid avoid
Do not buy from this company. Horrible experience. Appalling customer service. I have been extremely disappointed and upset by the rude and unreasonable response from the company who refused my return request after the Christmas period. I am left with an unwanted product I can't return and a lot of ill feeling. Company needs to rethink its approach if it wants to retain customers.
Such a dreadful company. Spent over £95 on a ‘plush’ play tent. It is the most awfully made piece of tat that was already ripped when I put it up for the child on Christmas Day. Then wired started poking out the next day. Material thin as anything. I complained and they took ages to reply and when they did said they wouldn’t refund as I didn’t tell them about it within 48 hours of delivery - it was built for the child on Christmas Day!!!! It is totally not fit for purpose. I am beyond shocked. Clearly scam artists.
This website is a con. I ordered an item from here. When it arrived it had clearly been drop shipped from China. Even the Chinese label was still on it. We found the item on Amazon for less than half the price. They have not responded to any emails I have sent them and I am now contacting standing standards. Avoid.
Our experience with Lilly and Lula was horrible. We had saved up for our house interiors before Christmas and spent €500 of our €1000 budget on what we thought were beautiful wall lights and quality candle holders.Everything arrived directly from China and took a very long time to reach us, which wasn’t made clear at the time of purchase. When the items finally arrived, the quality was extremely poor. Everything felt cheap and flimsy, nothing like the images or the price suggested.The packaging was also very disappointing — each item was wrapped in thin, plastic, sweet-like packets, which made the whole experience feel even more low-end and wasteful.Overall, this was a huge let-down. For the price we paid, we expected well-made products and transparent sourcing. Instead, we were left deeply disappointed and wishing we had spent our money elsewhere.We are in the process of trying to returnUPDATE:We won our dispute thanks to Revolut. We got a full refund of the amount back into our accounts. We were so angry and deflated as the emails back and forth with Lilly and lula were taking a lot of time and energy as they would not back down. I would recommend anybody who was also ripped off by this cheap drop shipping company to request a chargeback through revolut or visa. It worked for us thankfully. We are now going to buy lights from a reputable supplier.
Bought some wine glasses for a Christmas gift. They arrived weeks later broken. I emailed the seller to complain (as this is the only way to contact them) and received a prompt email asking for photos and a video. I sent this straight away and have not heard back from them since, despite repeated emails. It’s too late for a replacement and need a refund. I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering!
I bought candle stick holders, for 57 .euro.They arrived in a small box from China.The candle sticks had to be assembled, not a bother, but they were so light weight, you couldn't possibly put candles in them, as they would topple over.They were so cheap, honestly I was shocked at the quality. On their website they talk about quality and craftsmanship, this is totally false and a complete scam.I had wanted to avoid Temu, but I think this company is just a cover and worse. Avoid at all costs
Wish I had read these reviews before making the purchase. Dropshipping from China, poor quality. Pretty website though so easy to fall for it. Shipping takes weeks and arrives directly from China in poor packaging. Returned the £850 order and they kept £92 due to shipping and restocking fee. I am out money because I fell for this. I must admit i had some initial doubts about this purchase, mostly because i wasn’t sure how the fabric would look in person or whether the overall quality would meet my expectations. However, i was pleasantly surprised - the fabric is actually beautiful, with a rich texture and colour that look even better than in the photos. The product is also very well made, with great attention to detail in both the stitching and structure.
Responding to the reply from the company below, I have revisited our correspondence and counted your replies, it appears you count some of your automated email responses from the inbox as a ‘reply’. I believe this is misleading and gives a false impression of a responsive customer service team. Most of the messages I received from your team (after multiple silences) is when I was contacted to ask to remove my negative review. ***UPDATE JANUARY 2ND***After months of no lights appearing (I first placed the order on 17th October) and poor communication, customer services confirmed that my order had been lost and I was issued a refund. This caused delays and inconvenience to my building project. I was contacted by customer services and asked to remove this review. I will not be ordering from Lilly & Lula again. ***UPDATE DECEMBER 6TH***Order placed on October 17th, still no sign. Still abysmal communication from customer services. I am genuinely at a loss over what to do. I have paid this company a huge amount of money and have no idea what is going on. I feel pretty concerned. And still minimal comms.*****************I placed an order for lights on 17th October, there was no indication as to the ridiculously long shipping times, they have still not arrived.I contacted customer services who told me they would arrive by November 14th. They did not. I reached out again and they stopped replying. I reached out on their Instagram, they did not reply.The delay is holding up a building project and I have no idea what is going on.This is the first review I have ever placed on Trustpilot and I’m doing it because (a) I really need these lights (b) I think this might be the worst experience of customer care I’ve had.Please Lilly & Lula, update me as to whether there are any lights on their way. Thanks.
