Disappointed with the Product

I gave it one star because that’s the lowest option. After watching videos of adorable puppies online, I received battery-operated mechanical dogs that are far from realistic. They resemble items that could be found at a discount store for much less. Total scam.

They are poorly made and lack realism. I wish I could share a comparison photo. I thought I was getting a great deal during a sale, but I was mistaken. I called to return the puppies, and the customer service was helpful in processing my refund, despite their initial offer of $30 back. They honored my full payment of $52.98, and I received an immediate confirmation of the refund. I even contacted the support team abroad, and they told me to keep the puppies, despite my offer to return them, citing shipping costs. The package was sent from a specific address, which was surprising.
