So I spent over 500 $ with Lilyrhyme

So I spent over 500 $ with Lilyrhyme. Their delivery service is lasership in the VA region anyway. Lasership lost my package and marked it as delivered. Their customer service is terrible they will not get back to you. They said I should call Lilyrhyme. I did. They refunded my money no hoops or hurdles. I appreciate Lilyrhyme customer service. Josh was an excellent and understanding person.

Love this site. No problems ever. They called me about a problem with an order I had transposed the numbers on. Online I've had not one issue with them. I get what I paid for and its like it looks in their ad.

My order was sent to a wrong address I have been tracking it since April 10th I have been to the post office and on my app it shows my correct address why would it go to an old address of mine I have been texting this company and texting this company and they still hasn't responded. I think this is a scam I'm glad that I didn't spend no more than $20 but it would be nice to get my refund or get an answer from them I would rate them zero Stars 😡
