Disappointing customer service

Terrible company to deal with. Ordered 2 sets of circular needles, was sent wrong ones. Contacted them and was asked to send photos. Sent photos but a week later still no reply. Have contacted them several times but I’m being ignored.

Long delivery time

Delivery took 8 days from order date with only one reply from customer services with any updates about the fate of the package. More replies came after the delivery, which didn’t help. The yarn itself (Drops Kids Silk) is a great product.
