Terrible customer service. Paid for 2-3 day shipping with FedEx and it took LindaHobby 3 working days to just ship the items from their warehouse. The shipping company was terrible to deal with and claim they couldn't deliver even when people were home. I would never order from LindeHobby again and definitely won't recommend it to my other crafty friends. I kept getting annoying emails asking if I wanted to buy more products even though they still haven't responded to any of my complaints or questions asking for clarification. Yet to receive my order.
Good choice of yarn and sending was reasonably fast (received the order in ~1 week). However, the yarn color was very very different from how it appeared on screen. What I was buying as a blood red, turned to be more like scarlet - totally unsuited for my purpose. Then, I had to pay for the return. Which means that I lost ~20% of money.
Zero communication regarding despatch,tracking with 5 messages/emails ignored. Goods arrived after a week but not a level of customer service I would expect. This company need to update their procedures so that customers know they will be receiving goods, having paid for them !!!
This is my second time ordering yarn from this website and my order status hasn’t been updated since January 8th. I’ve written again as I promised some sort of update regarding the dhl tracking link in vain. I’ve written again today with no response so far. Why does it have to take so long?
