Gift Card Troubles

Love the yarn and physical objects to purchase. However, I asked for gift cards from them for Christmas and everyone who ordered one had to contact them in order to get the gift card. Said they emailed it after purchase but didn't happen. Kind of frustrating. One was never received.

Unhelpful customer service

Ordered a bunch of yarn and paid for delivery in 2-3 days, included my address addition as my last name isn’t on my doorbell. This addition was left off by LindeHobby which resulted in DHL being unable to deliver it to me. I contacted customer support and they have been telling me that my yarn will be redelivered to me but my package was already on the way back to the original sorting centre on the other side of the country to me…It’s been over 3 weeks since I made the order and honestly it seems like they don’t even want to resolve my issue as they seem very blasé about the whole situation…

Bad quality and no response from customer service

One of the yearns I bought was good quality but the other was horrible. Customer service didn't reply to my 2 emails asking if I can return the yarn and get my money back even though I opened the plastic packaging it was in. Now, the return form isn't working well. The delivery took more than 1 week.

The delivery time was very long

The delivery time was very long . I contacted lindehobby several times but never got a response why delivery was delayed. In the end it did arrive and order was as I had wished.

I have not received my order

I have not received my order. Lindehobby does not reply to my emails and there is no telephone number to contact. No message from them. The amount has been paid but I have received nothing.
