0.95 for a VRT check BUT they then 2 days later STEAL Euro36.90 from your account. THEY DO NOT OBTAIN CONSENT FOR SUBSCRIPTION. EU Law states - The statutory 14‑day cooling‑off period for distance contracts, which allows consumers to withdraw when they have not been properly informed or when consent has not been validly obtained. - EMail for a refund stating the above. They MUST refund.

SCAM

SCAM - At no time was I aware I was signing up for subcription. I paid 0.95 cent for a VRT check that was wrong by about €20k (2020 Audi R8 in UK). Then I get charged €37.90 today without consent. Avoid - do not give your details. I have requested a refund.

Scam

As per other reviews, it's a hide the subscription 37.90 monthly pretending to be a €0.95 service. AVOIDAfter a lot of refusing to give a refund I googled "can an online service provider charge a subscription without telling me how much it will cost"Turns out the practice they engage in is not legal and when I pointed this out they did refund the €37.90. Don't stop asking until you get a refund!

"Avoid hidden Listocar costs"

Avoid hidden Listocar costs! This crowd will scam you. I saw their ad on YouTube in Jan 2026. I had no need to even use their service, but decided to browse their site out of curiosity. I entered details of a somewhat random car. You then get an email saying your report is ready and click to view it. There's then a payment screen, but you think you're paying €0.95 for the VRT estimate report which is low enough to not really think twice. BUT... really you're signing up to a monthly subscription for €37.90 a month. No where is this clearly stated. They are out to scam people. Avoid!UPDATE: If you have been charged without knowing, state that you have a 14 day cooling off period within the EU and they will process your refund. They did for me.

Beware of Listocar do not purchase what…

Beware of Listocar do not purchase what seems like a €0.95 option to check VRT within 48 hours they charge €39 monthly with very little/no communication around it. Spoke with support who were very unhelpful and simply declined my request for a refund. Their business model relies on customers trialing the product before moving them to a monthly charge without any communication.
