Have been purchasing items for my collection for a few years from LLT and the experience has been excellent!Always quick to respond to any questions I may have. Items are always packed with care, even when buying one small diecast car it’ll still be wrapped and protected extremely well. Highly recommended.
They have a variety of products that are not readily available elsewhere in the country. Webpage and transaction is easy to follow for what I needed. Shipping is generally great as it can go anywhere in the world. All in all a great shopping experience.
Their communication is top notch, every time ive had a question or query it's been answered. All their deliveries are bomb proof packaging with tracking provided. I even had a case where Australia post decided to be Australia post and lose my package from little lucas and Auspost weren't gonn come to the party with remuneration. Matt from little lucas went into bat for me and we got it sorted with the money being credited back to me so I could use it again. If you approach people and businesses with a little respect you'll get it return. And I can't speak more highly of the little lucas crew. Thank you and keep up the good work.
I have waited almost a year for my pre order. I have received no updates of an ETA. I chased them up and they wouldn't give me an ETA nor do they give a refund under any circumstances. They threaten to ban you for repeated ETA requests.To rub further insult to the injury, they provided a misleading picture implying a particular car was included in my preorder and then they changed my order after waiting half a year to say that it is no longer included. I tried to ask them nicely to either fix it or give me a refund. Neither occurred. Their customer service is non existent or a brick wall. I have gone to the ombudsman to try to get a refund.I will never order from little lucas toys again.My experiences with other stores such as Southern Diecast, Redline Diecast and Hot Match Collectibles have been way better.
Overall satisfied with them and their professionalism in handling hiccups along the way. Had some pre-orders not come through for a year and they prompted fixed it with a phone call to explain what had transpired. Will definately order from these guys again and recommend them to friends.
