I thought that ''today ordered and tomorrow delivery'' is a marketing trick. Not at all. I was amazed how fast my parcel arrived, in perfect state, neatly, carefully packed, And of course a product sample added what I appreciate 'cuz like everyone else I like to know what I am eventually going to purchase and I dislike 'misses'.
Wonderful. Good prices, lovely website layout, quick delivery, fantastic products, everything beautifully packed, and I received nice gifts. It's my favourite website with Korean skincare, I've been recommending it to friends and posting about it on my social media where I have big following. Would love to order again, waiting for sale on my favourite moisturizer ;)
Little Wonderland is a really great place to order at as my first order arrived swiftly and packaged in a secure manner (bubblewrap).I've ordered like 7 items and they dispatched my order quickly and it arrived in Germany within 3 days.Which is like insanely fast in comparison to some other shops out there even though those ship from Asia while LW is based in the Netherlands! I'm glad they use DHL since I've only had like one bad experience with DHL over a span of hundreds of deliveries over the years. Little Wonderland gave me a very generous amount of samples as well (like 6 regular samples and 2 'deluxe' ones even though my order clocked in at like over 150 Euros but I've seen other shops where you get less samples than that for the same value).I'll definitely order again at some point when I'll have actual space for more! Gotta empty them all now before I'll stock up on em'. One suggestion comes to mind: I would appreciate if y'all could sell some more Japanese brands cuz' I had to order some from a different shop. Would have come in handy if it would've been available at LW but I'm just nitpicking. LW seems to really be geared towards Korean cosmetics specifically so I'll have to keep sulking in that regard :DThis reads like I was highkey paid off but I swear this is just my own unbiased opinion! But I'll get on anyone's payroll if the price is right (ง ื▿ ื)ว Just kidding!
The best.I’ve been ordering my Puriot products from them for more than a year now and they are always on time, with flawless deliveries.Recently I had a very sh***y experience with DHL delivery of the package and customer service has been just lovely. I just wanna go and give everyone cookies.I’m very thankful for their kindness. The package has been replaced with a new one and I can hopefully receive my SPF++ today.I’m glad they offer you multiple shipping companies to chose from because never ever will I chose DHL again, especially after reading their Truspilot page.
I'm pleasantly surprised. I hadn't heard of this website before and wasn't sure what to expect but wow, they surely did deliver. I received my products the day after purchase. It came nicely packaged with multiple samples and a sheet mask. I am honestly so happy, I will definitely be shopping here again!
One of the best experiences buying korean skin care yet. I don’t know why is this market place not viral. Fair prices (what already is appealing) and SUPER FAST delivery. I live in Germany and my package came in 2 days. Just wow. I will definitely recommend buying stuff here.
Amazing customer support. My package was send back twice because the delivery man didn't find my name on the doorbell. It was send right back to them. I e-mailed their support and got a reply pretty quick.They took care of it so quick and received my package 2-3 days after I e-mailed them. I am in love with the products and will buy from them again in the future.
