It’s the absolute best when it comes to Korean skincare. Not only do they ship to Germany, they also give you a bunch of gifts and goodies.I always order for around 80-120€ and the last time I got an original sized big pack with Cleanser and Lotion! I just ordered and they gifted me not only a Tote Bag but also an original sized sunscreen and face masks !They are my absolute favorite and I will always order again :)

Fast delivery 3 days to Bratislava(Slovakia). Lots of little testers inside the box. Original Korean product! Good price. And during delivery I exactly knew where my package was, because I have got a tracking number imminently after ordering. Absolutely recommend! 5 stars :)

Good products and friendly customer service

I love that they have a wide range of dfferent Korean brands and products for reasonable prices. And so far I'm happy with what I bought from them. I also like their fast deliveries. I have bought products from them (brick-and-mortar and online) and a few times there was something amiss (spoon was missing in the Laneige lip product and damaged packaging for another product). I get that this happens sometimes. I contacted customer service both instances and they offered a great solution both times. I think it says a lot about a company on how they treat their customers when things doesn't go over smoothly and how they handle the situation in such cases. I was more than happy with how they solved it for me!

So so :/

Shipping and the package with goodies was awesome, thanks for that. But the products, Pyungkang yul in this case was giving my skin many pimples, which i wouldnt had without using the products, even when the brand is known for being sensitive to the skin. So my Skin got more hydrated and better overall, but with more pimples everywhere that pop off all the time it got kind of useless to spend so much money.

Just perfect and professional

I LOOOOVE Little Wonderland!! Ever since my friend introduced me to the site a few months ago i have ordered a few packages and my expirience each time is the best.First of all, the customer service is sooo professional. I ordered the kissme heroine eyeliner but the tip was split and the product was dried out. I send an email with proof and all and they replied literally within 10 min. I was positively in shock! They gave me an option of a 2nd one for free or a voucher. I chose the eyeliner and got it really quick. Well then the second eyeliner was also not working and i send them an email and proof (displaying both of the eyeliners and how they dont work) and i also got a reply really fast. They again gave me a choice of or getting a voucher or a refund. And i chose the refund which i got within 10 buisness days. They put trust in me and i thank you for that deeply. I talked with Hang both times, they were super sweet, patient, professional and helpful. So, thank you Hang if you are reading this.They have a huge selection of skincare and way more makeup than other sites. Plus, the prices are really, really good. The fact that you get free shipping and a free sheet mask when you spend 40 euros is a fantastic deal in my opinion.The site is really easy to navigate, there are often also a lot of great discounts. They give you a lot of samples most of the time! (only one time out of the 5 or 6 times that i ordered from them i didnt get samples, but it is not a big deal.) Shipping is crazy fast!! I live in Belgium and i get my package in like 1-3 days. the package is so cute, easy to open and well protected.Happy New Year Little Wonderland team and everyone reading it!!!!!! Thank you for your work! I recommend the site above all!!

Will buy again!

I had been looking for a k-beauty reseller that worked well for Europe because in the past when I had ordered from Y*style I had to pay the customs fee and it just ended up being too expensive for me. Since I’d never heard of LittleWonderland I was a bit skeptical but I’m certain that from now on they’re who I’m buying from. They have some variety of products and great prices, with the shipping time being about what I’d expected (a few days over 1 week). You probably won’t regret buying from them!

Bad customer service & lacking packaging

EDIT: Don't think a 20% discount (for "a next purchase") product will cover permanent damage done on a €135 jeans, Does it haha??Hi Little Wonderland, I am fairly upset about how you guys handled the complaint I had damage one of your products has caused. I was so looking When I arrived home from a visit from your store in Utrecht I was shockeddd!!!! by how i found the product when i opened the packaging. The entire package was drained with dark brown spots. I Found out that the Wishtrend Vitamin C product was oxidized. Which can only be caused when the product is exposed to direct sunlight, air or humidity. Not only did the product spill inside the packaging, it literally bursted out of the bottle on to my black jeans + bed sheets. Which caused massive orange stains. When I informed the customer care about the situation I was surprised by their "solution". their solution was to pick up a new one bottle from the store, please note that I informed them on the fact that I was living 1 hour away by public transport, therefore not really finding it a suitable solution. Mentioning the stains + the fact that their "solution" was meant to come from my own pocket, i am extremely upset about their following respons regarding my jeans and bed that also got ruined by the product:"After consultation, we have come to the conclusion that unfortunately we cannot offer compensation for this matter.We would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and disappointment you may experience as a result.If there are any concerns or questions you would like us to discuss, we would love to hear from you.Thank you for your time and our apologies again for the inconvenience."Considering that Vitamin C is known for being a delicate product, i don't think this "risk" should end up at the customers side of the purchase. The packaging is clearly lacking (there are a lot of reviews online about it) how are the consequences of this result for your customer?It's clearly that they don't want to offer a suitable solution for the matter. Therefore, posting this to warn other customers hoping to avoid this major inconvenience!
