Ok for starters if you live in Europe and were worried about paying customs when your packages enter your country , I can vouch , BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! This is the best , Korean shop for people who are from Europe in shipping time and price wise. Let me tell you , I bought from this website so many times since I found out about it ( about 4 months ago ) and I’m in love with it!!!! Before I found this website I thought I was missing out on k-beauty world for living inside Europe , and I’m so grateful I found it. Outstanding costumer service , they reply fast, they are SUPER nice , they always include samples ( which I love ), they are always available to answer any concerns/questions you may have. 10/10 outstanding business and shopping experience , I totally recommend
I never received the order , It looked like it has been delivered to a pickup point, yet when I went to pick it up the pickup point was closed, DHL doesn’t know where it is neither do they care. The seller has been very passive - they did open an investigation and send their sincere apologies- but I would have to wait for days if not weeks till I receive a refund. It seems that other users had to wait a whole month before receiving the refund. I explained that I’m traveling and won’t be able to pick it up if it’s late-still, they couldn’t care less. They also refused to send a duplicate order, which would have solved the problem. I expected so much more given the positive reviews I saw on trust pilot - it has been 2 painful days of running after an order that I will never receive. I understand these incidents happen - and they have happened to me before-yet there are proactive and effective ways in which customer-centric companies deal with such situations to ensure you are at least fair to your customers. I have seen none of that dealing with little wonderland - only excuses that their policy is like that, and they are not willing to do much . Please save yourself the time and effort and choose to buy elsewhere - maybe this company used to be good at some point when they received all these positive reviews- but looks like that's not the case anymore. What a shame little wonderland.
I love this Website! I live in Southern Germany and the packages usually arrive within a week. The packaging is always lovely and the goods undamaged. Depending on the price you'll get a bunch of testers of great quality. The prices are more than fair, around the same or even a little cheaper than others providers.Since I've been using korean skincare my skin has felt so much better!Only downside is they're still a bit lacking in diversity of products, I'd love to see more toner pads and different brands like Needly, Dr. G or Daeng Gi Meo, but they've been doing an incredible job and I'm sure will expand further in the future.Keep up the great work LittleWonderland! 파이팅!!!

I am always very cautious when ordering from sites I haven't heard before. I read the trust pilot reviews and decided to order. Everything arrived in perfect condition and very soon! So I am definitely very happy with little wonderland, will be occasionally ordering my skin care from there, since it's hard to find good asian skincare shops outside of Asia :))
Incredible customer service !I received my order, and was so curious about a new serum I had ordered, so I opened it and tried it. Unfortunately the pump of the bottle wasn’t working. I immediately got in contact with Little Wonderland’s Customer Service through chat, and I documented the case (filmed the defect of the pump) - and I was immediately offered a solution (voucher or replacement).This is a company that many others may take as an example, especially when it comes to customer service !! Five stars - without a doubt !!
Huge assortment, adequate prices, delivered in the Netherlands in two days after purchaising! Everything was packed carefully and the box was cute and girly in a positive meaning, too. I read reviews on Trustpilot before making an order, also read return/refund policies as well - and then took a risk. Now I can say that I absolutely trust this shop and will recommend it n.b. to those living in the Netherlands for sure!
I ordered on 14th February and it delivered to my address on 18th February. Fast shipping🥇. Also I was very happy and shocked they put many presents: testers, mini cosmetics, face masks, 1 cosmetic bag + inside full of mini cosmetics. For sure I will purchase again. I ordered my items on the 8th of February and it arrived on the 16th, great package, i was missing my goodie gift bag so i messaged them and the next day i got a message saying they were sending it and sorry for the confusion.It arrived yesterday, i love the product in it.
