First time buying from Little Wonderland, what a great experience!They have so so many products to choose from, and those products are at a great price too.They shipped my order on the same day I placed it. I had an issue with the address and they were really quick to help me.Little Wonderland has wonderful customer care! I'll surely buy something again.
Worst place to order anything!!Every time time I ordered anything from them they would screw up the shipping. Packages wouldn’t get delivered and go missing. The last time my package got lost and they took their sweet time (1 month) sending a new one, and to add on they also forgot to pay me back for the products they couldn’t ship again because by that time they were already sold out. They told me they would refund me but once again took their sweet time and didn’t do anything until I send them an email again telling them that I’ve already waited a month for their refund and still didn’t receive it. Had to write them so many emails for them to do their job right. Honestly never had any experience like this anywhere else online. Really unbelievable how they don’t do their job unless you keep sending them emails in order to remind them. Most unprofessional store I’ve every ordered anything from. If I were you I’d look into other online stores for k-beauty items, there are far better ones. It would save you so much stress and money. Never ordering from this incompetent store again.
Super experience ordering from Little Wonderland. I ordered Monday and it arrived before Friday evening in Sweden. Great selection of products with fair prices and it was nice to see some free testers included with the order. Will definitely be ordering from them again.
Littlewonderland is a really affordable skincare online shop for those who live in europe. I have purchased from them twice and once during spring where the products arrived in 2-3 days with great condition, and once recently which took about 7 days to arrive but it was probably due to black friday, though this parcel im sadly missing some of the freebies (deluxe mask and free samples), which i have texted them about but im not really in a worry since their customer service is 10/10, they are kind, helpful and quick to respond.Hi again, this is a belated update which im very sorry for 😭, they replied within 3 days and ive replied back since then, as i said never had a doubt on their customer service ❤️
I have been ordering from here since 2019, there has never been any problem with ordering and delivery really fast, except for the last order, which was lost,but it wasn't the shop's fault. On the contrary, they were very helpful and solved this problem and I will have the product ordered. I'm very grateful that they have very good customer service. If you have a trip to Utrecht, be sure to stop in this shop, many high-quality Korean products and if not always can order products online before 20:00 you have them at home the next day.Thank you very much Little Wonderland team ❤️
Semplicemente perfetto. Gestione servizio clienti impeccabile: per un problema relativo alla spedizione (avevo indicato la consegna presso un dhl service point ma non era disponibile) sono stato tempestivamente contattato tramite mail e ho ricevuto assistenza estremamente cordiale e professionale, nella mia lingua peraltro (aspetto non banale). I tempi della spedizione sono stati poi molto veloci. Ottimo l'imballaggio e molto apprezzati i vari campioncini presenti. Unico appunto/dubbio, la scadenza dei prodotti che ho acquistato non era a lunghissimo termine (circa 6 mesi), in ogni caso sufficiente per un utilizzo comodo. Per il prezzo pagato per i prodotti è giustificatissimo, avrei semplicemente gradito che fosse più esplicito in fase di acquisto (ma forse sono stato distratto io).Solido riferimento per acquisti di skincare coreana con un ottimo assortimento.Just perfect. Customer care impeccable: I had indicated the shipping to a dhl point as my choice, but the service wasn’t available, so the customer care promptly reached out to me. I’ve been assisted with politeness and reliability (in my language, by the way).Excellent packaging, appreciated the multiple samples gifted. Fast delivery once the little inconvenience was solved.One minor note: the expiry date of the discounted products is in 6 months. It’s more than enough to use up the products easily (and I think it’s more than justified for the price and the quality of the products themselves!) but I would have preferred it to be indicated more explicitly on the site (but maybe I was distracted, I’m really not sure!).Wonderful discovery (:p), possible go-to for Korean skincare, great range.
I have been ordering from them for more than a year and have never had any problems. They have a lot of products to chose from, ship super fast and the costumer service is super helpful if you have any problems. Would highly recommend ordering here!
