Review Time
I was always faithful to little wonderland. I only don’t shop there where my items are sold out. However, this last time the order took too much time. Almost a whole week. They’ve told me they it was because of the holidays but I had ordered on the 1/1 so the holidays were in the past. Other similar stores that I shopped when the products I wanted where sold out delivered my order in less than 24hrs.
I’ve been an affiliate with Little Wonderland, regularly recommending their site to my clients, but they consistently fail to pay the commissions owed for the orders they profit from through my referrals. Despite reaching out multiple times over several months, I’ve received no response or resolution.This behaviour is both illegal and unethical. Ignoring affiliate commission payments while continuing to profit from referrals is unacceptable. It also makes me question their overall ethical behaviour as a business and how they treat their clients.If they cannot manage their affiliate programme properly, they should address this transparently rather than disregard their obligations. I strongly advise caution to anyone considering working with their affiliate programme or supporting this business.
Im buying stuff from this company for quiet long time, they always deliver on time, if there is any issue they are helpful so I'm happy as customer. One thing what I could say is that sometimes you waiting long time for again availability of products. That's why I gave 4 stars
The choices they offer are nice, however delivery quality and communication are largely lacking. Due to their choice of delivery partner (PostNL), my package wasn't delivered (or it was, but got stolen because it was just left unattended in the hall, of course that's PostNL issue and not this company). However, it happened because the Little wonderland didn't send me any confirmation that the delivery was issued, nor I was provided with a tracking code in advance. It was send to me after the package was already "delivered".I contacted the support, and they suggested to send the package again. I communicated the problem with PostNL and asked if any alternative delivery is available, but this question was ignored. Then, AGAIN they send it out without providing a tracking code or expected delivery date. Unfortunately in this situation there is nothing I can do to ensure the delivery from my side, and the package was not delivered again. After this I contacted the support again, and received no refund still (the order was initially made in 2024).There are many alternatives for Korean skincare shopping (in NL and Europe), with much better customer support and lower pricing. The only reason to be a Little Wonderland customer is their fast delivery and nice promotions they offer, but since the customer support is so bad I won't recommend to use this services if you want to see the products you paid for. Again, to wrap up - the main issue with my order was due to their delivery partner's (PostNL), but bad communication from the customer support and lack of delivery options from Little Wonderland is the reason I won't be using or recommending this website anymore.
I ordered the advent calendar and received a goodie bag as well. While the calendar's worth was below 500 eur (and was advertised as 500+ eur), it was 100% worth it! Great products, thoughtful selection, mostly full-size, and 36 (!) products in total. Will definitely buy one next year and recommend it to friends! Would only suggest more makeup and oil/cleansers next year since this year was so serum-focused ;)In a separate order, I had an issue with a couple of products near the expiry date (6-8 months away) and when I requested the exchange, the team wanted to send me the fresher ones for free, but they weren't in stock. So they let me keep these products plus gave me a voucher covering the products' value so I could get them for free once they are back in stock.If you're having a similar issue, try reaching out to support: in my case, they've been very helpful and responsive.The pricing is of course higher than on Korean sites, but counting the EU tax and delivery if you order from Korea, it's totally worth shopping at LW, especially if you buy during promotions and holidays. Everything's shipped fast and is original as well.Overall: you got yourself a loyal customer, LW folks ;)
I put in an order which included a goodie bag of a value of 120 euro and received an order confirmation and they took the payment. I later received an email from the company advising me that i didnt qualify for the goodie bag, they had made a mistake and would I like to cancel my order. they didnt explain why i no longer qualify but i assume it's because once i went to pay the order i used a voucher bringing the amount of my order below the theshold (by under 10 euro). the system did not alert me that this voucher couldnt be used and my order went through and was confirmed, including the goodie bag. I would have not used the voucher had i known. The company did not offer to honour the order with goodie bag despite acknowledging that the situation was not my fault and that the terms regarding the Goodie Bag and voucher use were not made transparent enough. they didnt even suggest that i pay the 10 euro of the voucher (which would have been cheeky but at least constructive). VERY VERY disapoointed.
The customer service keeps in contact, of course with a lot of ads as well but I got my stuff in time several times. The quality of the products are good as well, no fakes until now. Some small samples do come as well but you can't chose them.
