Review Time
After moving back to Germany from Canada, i was unhappy that i wouldn't find my favorite K - skin care products. Then I came across this website. OMG!!!, Little Wonderland has become my favorite site to order my favorite korean products. I am really happy with the products range they are carrying, and also their delivery times, especially the cute packing and free samples they send. Thank you very much for all your support!!! I am not gonna stop buying from this site :D
I ordered twice and each time my order came intact in lovely package and with interesting samples to try. The second order was on Black Friday and it took a bit longer to arrive to Hungary, but I received and apology email and a discount code for my next order. I will definitely order from them in the future.
I have ordered 2 times (and will order again) from this shop, the first time was just perfect. Box was delivered in time, beautiful to unpack and just good overall experience.The second time my box was lost in translation and did not get delivered by the postal service. Even though it was not their fault and they did not make any mistakes, they responded very kindly and together we figured out where the little rascal was. Since the return of the package would take too much time, they sent me a new box right away without me having to ask for anything. I love how they came up with a solution and took action without you having to beg or feel like a burden. Their customer service is just really good, it might be this strange period but it really made my day how kind they were.
I ordered some products on Monday and they arrived on Wednesday from the Netherlands to here Munich, Germany! I love how seamless the whole process was, from navigating on the website to put the order until the delivery. I could snap my holy grail, the Missha Time Revolution Red Algae Revitalizing Cream on sale (24€ instead of 33€ in-store)! And thanks to the visibility of some products that other customers were ordering, I gladfully topped up my order with some of these products (I double checked online reviews about the benefits of these products ;)) and could get free shipping :) I just wished to have received the products in a cute box like I saw some clients received on Instagram :) This will be my go-to website to order Korean beauty products! I had an impecable experience with LittleWonderland. I made my order on a Friday afternoon and on Saturday morning my order was delivered. It was beautifully and safely packed, I bought 2 products and received many awesome samples to test out. The cosmetics that arrived have long expiration date, the whole ordering process was easy and fast, the cosmetics selection is great. I definitely recommend the shop and will be buying there again 100%. Super super satisfied!
The online shop is good, they have a lot of skin care brand that UK doesn’t have, the delivery time is good, it was sent at the same day!! The delivery took long enough, usually it takes 5-7 days from Netherlands to Ireland, but it took 2 weeks, I think because of the lockdown in Ireland, but overall is good, the web has live chat, and very helpful
