This company is a complete scam!

This company is a complete scam!! I've waiting 5 weeks for delivery of my Halloween decorations - the tracking info supplied indicates items delivered - they are not!!! Emails to the company are useless, and they suggest they are "confused" and that the package was signed for. They are not able to tell me which company was meant to deliver, or who was meant to have signed. Their email replies just ask for "patience"!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

SCAM - I have reported to action fraud with the below description of how I have been scammed and the reference. They are looking into it and asked anyone else to report to action fraudQuote Reference NFRC251007711476Went to the website lityflow.shop to verify that it was uk based. Bought the item through the website as stated the company operated from 37 croydon road, bromley. Br3 Never received the item. Used the email address online to contact them service@lityflow and email communication has been poor. They are operating from china NOT uk. HNFproperties in London manage the letting of this property and confirm nobody of that name is registered and the owner will be made aware. After reviewing trust pilot it is very clear that nonody who orders through this website ever gets their product or a refund

SCAM!

SCAM!! I ordered a jibbering Jack pumpkin from them via an instagram ad on the 19th Sept. They claim it was sent and signed for by me. Sent me the tracking info and told me to be patient whilst they contacted the shipping team. I’ve told them I’m opening a fraud case. Their reply was that they’re a single mother with a business. Please all report to your bank and fraud team so we can stop this.
