Ordered something in September. 5 months later I am still awaiting a refund and getting the same excuses and promises.I clearly asked for a refund from the start when I realsied my items were "lost". They keep saying they will replace them - They won't!DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered something for Halloween and it was never delivered. I have CCTV at my house so can prove it wasn’t delivered, I have asked for time and date of delivery so I can send them proof that I haven’t received anything but they keep saying to give them time to sort it. Too many people have been scammed by them.
I ordered Halloween decorations and sent emails with them emailing me back with tracking updates saying to be patient 1 month later and they said it has been delivered i then emailed them for proof of delivery as i hadn't received it but they are not replying to my emails anymore
Avoid! It's a fake site! Took my money, they even email back to add to the lies,said it had been delivered and signed for, which was a lie, kept emailing asking me to have patience, but its a scamI've contacted bank and fraud team and they are looking into these scammers. The bank can help get your money back, fraud team are aware now it's a fake site. Don't even bother emailing the 'business' asking for refund as not a real business, phone banks and give details and get your money back this way! It's a English company so not China at all, and hopefully will get busted for scamming people Company/site has been reported to action fraud online
No items received ordered 16th sept. I have sent numerous emails have asked for my money back, today says delivered it has not. Email received saying I am single parent and need the money! Avoid they will not give me my money back a total scam, after many emails they are still saying they delivered and sending 17track and refusing to give a uk delivery details, ring door bell says other they have not delivered, they are a scam, and there web page says Croydon they are not they are in china. They shouldnt be allowed to take money like this, I’ve reported to google as well
