Ordered a jabbering jack pumpkin on the 17th sept. Enquired where my order was after a few weeks and they sent me a email telling me to be patient with tracking number which I was able to view and follow its journey to mine for over the duration of around a month and then yesterday it says it was delivered. I was I all day, no evidence on my ring doorbell of any attempted delivery. After now seeing many similar experiences on trust pilot I think it is very likely a scam.
Do not order from this company I ordered and paid for 2 Christmas presents they took money but I didn't receive goods I've emailed I don't know how many times and been told they are looking into it and said it's been delivered which it hasn't
Very much a scam. The order never arrives. They provide 'delivery information' but the order has.nor been passed to a local delivery company. Plenty of emails back and forth, but they keep asking for 'patience' while they try to track the delivery and will not process a refund.
It is a scam I ordered a go kart on the 13th of September and I am still waiting for it so I looked on the tracking app to see where it was and it said that it had been delivered but am still waiting so don’t order anything from them
