Ordered a halloween pumpkin that I've never recieved. Regular messaged to the company has failed. I've never recieved my items blaming couriers.They state "Unable.to trace courier who took order". Repeated requests ro return refund.I would not recommend this company.

Exactly, the same thing happened to me my parcel didn’t get delivered… they made excuses up saying + for it when I have not received it… disgusting 🙈Don’t buy from lite flow.

WARNING!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FREUDSTERS!!!

I truly wish I had read the reviews before purchasing!! They are liars and thieves! The same as previous comments, they said my package had been delivered, but this is a lie and palm you off with emails saying they are trying to contact the courier and had no response, then in the next breathe says they don't know who the courier are!!! I TRULY HOPE I CAN HELP JUST ONE PERSON OUT TODAY BY TELLING THEM NOT TO BUY FROM HERE. These person are disgusting, as I have explained this pumpkin it for a special needs little boy...no f*cks given!

They claimed to have delivered my item

They claimed to have delivered my item, I was at work, I asked for proof but apparently the courier doesn't respond and I've to be patient. I contacted my bank for a charge back to my debit card and was done instantly
