Took my money and didnt deliver product

Lity flow took my payment for a talking pumpkin back at the start of september. Order #1159 I have continually emailed them since and they are refusing to refund me despite the item never having being delivered. UK trading standards needs to fine and bar this company - they are stealing consumers money.

Do not buy anything from them

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing anything from this company. Order didn’t arrive. They claim their courier company confirmed it was delivered but could not provide any proof. Two months later still no refund. This company is not to be trusted. Scammers DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Scammers.. Do not buy.. nobody gets deliveries.. they keep emailing back with the same old rubbish.. think they are trying to blag it so that they can scam everyone for Christmas.. I couldn’t find any bad reviews before I purchased.. let’s hope this stops anyone else from getting scammed
