I’m a breeder of hognose snakes and have a need of large amounts of good quality frozen mice. My first order saw Steve being extremely patient with me and all my requests! Product (frozen mice) were top quality! Can’t recommend enough.
Ordered day old frozen chicks for my cornsnake, live foods uk have the best service I’ve ever seen, quick, professional and the most important the chicks are in amazing condition and arnt decaying or burst inside the bag like I’ve received from pet stores. Also the staff are really helpful and did not hesitate to help any queries ive had plus they are quick to respond. The chicks arrived to my door frozen which I was surprised but the care that was taken to ensure the quality was the best... once again thank you so much for the amazing service I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone, I’ll be ordering again that’s for sure 💯
Lovely customer service. I buy brown and black field crickets from Livefood UK, as well as jelly pots for them. I've never been anywhere else where the crickets have lived healthily for months (I looked up their life span and they seem to outlive that as I look after them like pets before I give them to my gecko). The crickets are always packaged well, even when ordering with other items. Delivery is really quick. Love the fact you can choose repeated delivery which is really helpful if you forget. Had a load of crickets and for some reason a random locust loose in the box. They claimed that the plastic box must have opened during transport which can’t have happened because it was completely shut to the point where I had to pull all the way around the box to get I open so there is no way it accidentally came open and then sealed itself shut again during transport. Glad I know what they are like now so that I definitely know to shop elsewhere.
