have been using this company for months now, can't fault the service or the delivery schedules.Ordered a cricket keeper but was damaged on arrival. Sent photograph to them as requested and they went over and above what was required of them. The top of the keeper lid was broken, they sent a complete new cricket keeper.
Good prices. You do pay for delivery, but the cost plus delivery tends to be cheaper than other sites that offer free delivery.
Prompt delivery, generally 2 to 3 days, standard delivery.
An excellent range of foods and products, essentially everything you need to look after reptiles (geckos and skinks in my case). I haven't found a site with a better range.
This is NOT a critisism of Live-foods, it's a word of advice:
Don't order crickets, that may sit in the post over the weekend, during wintertime, they get cold and some may die.
I ordered for the first time yesterday afternoon, and got my order first thing this morning. I ordered some locust which I have to say some are a bit on the big side, and some Arcadia lights which are in my viv all working. Ver happy with the service, will definitely order again.
Really good service from livefood.uk ltd, very quick delivery, and brilliant selections of live foods available.
They have a repeat order service too, so no need to keep ordering each week, they'll do everything for you!

Have used this company for many years for live food and accessories for my beardies and have never been disappointed. Food is always fresh and lasts longer than from any other sources. Promt service and very reasonable postage costs. Had a slight issue recently due to a failure by royal mail and staff dealt with it quickly, great customer service. Hope to use them for many more years.
Well i have had a bearded dragon for just over 2 years now and as he was my first ever reptile, it was abit daunting looking at all the live food types and the suppliers. I joined the RFUK and heard of Livefood UK ltd and have used them ever since, i have not had a single problem with them. Their prices and products are just amazing i would recommend them 100%.
