Cheaper and better - been using them for a few months now to buy bulk as it is cheaper than feeding from pet stores but no compromise on quality. Website is easy, phoned for help regarding a hot weather order and staff are efficient and helpful. Substrates/sphagnum mosses are also near half the price of shops like pets at home! Always frozen perfectly even after delivery. awesome website makes keeping reptiles easy.
I started buying mealworms from you, I think last year, when my usual companies couldn’t supply any. I would just like to say how pleased I am with your service. The communications are second to none, my orders have consistently arrived on time, and the mealworms are in really excellent condition. I hope to continue ordering from you in the future!
I have ordered from this company a few times and normally have no problems however this time despite paying extra for next day delivery as I required it in a hurry my order arrived late. Not so much of an issue normally except I was away this time so late delivery was no use to me. However upon return and opening my order 4 days later I discovered my order was also wrong and they had sent 2 tubs of morio worms instead of one tub of morio worms and one tub of xl mealworms. Seeing as they had written on the lid of one box that it was instead of the mealworms It was not a mix up so I feel the least the company could have done was email to see if I was ok with this replacement or if I would have preferred a refund. In this case I would have taken the refund as have no use for two tubs of morio worms and specifically placed the order for the xl mealworms as my local pet shop doesn’t stock them. I Will definitely think twice in future before ordering from them again and feel extremely disappointed by the service I received.—————————————————————————————————Update after reply from livefoods ! While I can appreciate livefoods May have felt they were being helpful substituting the order instead of waiting for confirmation that it would be ok to do so and delaying the order, in my situation this was not helpful as I have a very picky bearded dragon who will only eat a few morio worms occasionally so never use a full tub never mind two but I don’t expect others to know this only deliver the goods I purchase. In regards to the refund that was apparently sent, during our emails there was no mention offering a refund at all and upon checking my financial records to date I have not received anything.
Easy and quick to deal with and always good quality foods for my animals, I have ordered 6 times now and never had a problem at all. I would recommend to everyone, better than going to a pet shop especially if you need a lot of feeders you would save money ordering in bulk.
I’ve been using this company for a few years now, they’ve never made a mistake on their part and always arrive healthy and well packed. Both my beardies and gecko loves everything they have to offer. I love that they are so affordable and that they supply not only the live feed but the equipment to care for the live feed. Never gone back to PersAtHome after finding this.
