What an excellent company I've used swell for years and with what's going on at the minute their stock was low online so I tried livefoods uk and wow I wont be going back to swell for my livefood fast delivery and superb quality the locusts and crickets were so healthy and lots of them way more in the tubs than swell give you I would highly recommend livefoods uk to anyone needing livefood for their inverts and lizards nice to find a truly amazing company that supplies high quality and plentiful amounts for such an amazing price
I'm so glad I found this website, and I haven't looked back since.The mealworms are always of great quality, and arrive with no black in them whatsoever.The locusts are always spritely and last a lot longer than those bought in any pet store I've used, and maybe I'm anthropomorphising my Leopard Gecko a little here but he seems to enjoy them more!One of my Royal Pythons can be a fussy little noodle, and she never refuses the rats I get from here - even the brown ones which she previously wouldn't go anywhere near from other places.The customer service is also friendly, efficient and really high quality. I've used these guy's since around 2011 and was my main food source for my Vittikins Dragon and would say I could barely count the issues I had with my orders on one hand, If I have EVER had an order it has been redeemed ASAP with almost 0 questions even asked - This was AMAZING and meant any issue I did have never interfered with my girl losing out.Absolutely amazing service and staff when I have been in contact, I would also like to point out the issues I had were mainly down to size which I imagine is quite hard to judge sometimes which obviously I cannot fault them for! We're all human.I urge and have urged everyone to use this site the ONLY time I have had an issue getting live food is when they had a fire at HQ other than that A* service.James
Very happy with my order, although postman did leave outside in the cold,(15mins or so) luckily I spotted the package outside door as gf was leaving for work.. (not yours guys fault i know) But anywho.. bought packageinside and once opened i was happy to see lots of lively insects, got an extra critter in with me crickets, a spider 😱😂, although i like insects spiders creep me out! Only thing my mind was what type of spider is it? Lol Anyways made my morning and will definitely be ordering from you guys again. brilliant service,fast delivery, and alot cheaper than retail ☺👍
I missed the post man Saturday so was Fearing the worst when I went to collect on Monday.When I opened my order I was extremely pleased to see tubs FULL of LIVE insects. So use to paying double the price for more of the insect food than the insects themselves. Extremely pleased with my order and will definitely be returning again!
Excellent customer service - they really go out of their way to make sure you get the service you should. Food quality is excellent - even when Royal Mail lost my parcel for a week, the insects were still in good condition and very usable - only lost a few.
