I got an appointment video call with a doctor just 4 hours after my initial request. Professional, private and caring consultation. Blood test booked with my local GP within 1hr and referrals made. A quick , confidential and professional service. 5 star 🌟
This is the second time I've used the Livi app and I can honestly say it was easy to navigate the app and get an appointment for the same day, with a very professional and attentive Dr each time. The first time saw me being seen by the physio at my GP's within a week and the second time a prescription being written and sent to my local pharmacy for collection. Very impressed and happy with Livi.
Useless service! GP had no appointments for 6 weeks so they said I could see a Livi GP the same week. First booked appointment got cancelled as I was told they had to wait to verify my ID when I downloaded the app, by the time it was verified the appointment it said I had to accept within 1hour so had lost the appointment (this was Monday night for a Thursday night appointment so a bit ridiculous). Called GP for new appointment next morning, they said they only had Saturday 8.30am available. Waited for my appointment for 2hrs on Sat morning, no call. It said I could reschedule if I wanted as the service was very delayed, and I had to leave for another appointment at 10.30 so had no choice but to reschedule for 1.15pm on Sunday. Waited for my appointment on Sunday for over 3 HOURS for it to then be cancelled at 4.30pm. I tried calling support in that 3 hour delay for an update and the automated line said they are closed on weekends, brilliant! 3 booked appointments, still no call!!! What is the point! If they know they are going to be delayed by 2-4 hours every single time why book so many people in knowing full well they can’t keep up with the demand??? At least if I’d have known there was no point a week ago I could have been a week into waiting for a 6 week wait time for an in person appointment! Now GP says it’s still at least 6 weeks for next available appointment! Useless, don’t waste your time, you’re better off waiting for an actual GP appointment rather than these scammers who will waste your whole week and delay your treatment further.
Saturday afternoon, needed urgent advice, regular practice closed and A&E overcrowded.Livi’s doctor video responded within 20 minutes of my request, quickly understood my problem and concerns, was very reassuring and advised appropriately.Dr also explained that full notes of the consultation would be forwarded to my regular practice to aid and inform any further action that may be required.
It is really worthy to use Livi without sucking on book a GP when I really want to have a professional advices to treat the illness or uncomfortable situation. It helps me a lot to recognise that my son’s skin problem is kind of fungal infection rather than eczema, and buy the proper lotion to treat the problem.
