Appointment availability is good, but every Appointment I've had they refer me back to my doctors (but the docs referred me to this app anyway) and had an appointment tonight (again directed here from my docs) I'm desperate for this app for depression, they were 30 mins late then cancelled my appointment!!!
I was very reluctant at the beginning and did not finish the booking process. After, I was very pleased about the knowledge, care and conversation with the doctor. She was very professional, and the appointment was in the day as an emergency, so it saved me days or weeks of waiting time. I saved time and maybe my life this new triage system. Thank you!
Excellent doctor who listened and was very thorough with her diagnosis. Easy to book online and meant I didn’t have to sit on the end of a phone for hours trying to book an appointment at my surgery. Difficult when you’re at work yourself! I booked the appointment for during my lunch hour. She was 30 mins late but I’m guessing that’s a knock on from the appointments before me - not a major problem!
