The GP I saw was friendly, on time and knowledgeable. Asked many questions which meant not just guessing at my illness.Prescription was issued direct to my local pharmacy so I was able to collect it within the hour which was really helpful.Would defiantly recommend and use again - thanks
An excellent service all round. It began with a simple booking process via the intuitive-to-use app, and continued with a timely, professional and detailed consultation with a GP via video call, again through the app. If this is the future of GP access gate-keeping, taking pressure off in-person appointment demands, I'm very much in favour - on the basis of this interaction.

I have used Livi before, this time I tried to get a doctors appointment but none was available, I was in some pain, and turned to Livi for help, I booked my appointment the same same day, and within 2 hours I was talking to a very helpful doctor. The service is easy to use, and the doctors very helpful, I will definitely use again.
This was the first time I had used Livi. I found the app easy to use, the questions asked were simplistic and easy to answer. I was also told how long I would have to wait for my appointment once I joined the queue and was sent continual reminders of how long the waiting time was left. Just before my appointment I was told the name of the GP I would be seeing. The GP was brilliant and prescribed my medication which I picked up a few hours later. All in all an excellent first experience of Livi.
It was easy to book an appointment, the technology worked fine and the doctor was great - professional and friendly.If I’d booked a surgery appointment, I’d have been waiting for two weeks. With Livi, I booked the night before and had a consultation at 09:00am.
