Very efficient service. Booking was simple, and the appointment took place the next day. The doctor called me on time, listened attentively, and was very reassuring and insightful. She prescribed medication that was available shortly after at my local pharmacy. I would highly recommend this service.
Although the call was slightly later than booked time.., the doctor took the time to go through my issues.. reviewed these against a recent blood test.., explained health problems I have.. and advised on one I didn’t know I had as my doctors hadn’t contacted me
The GPs that are in the service are great. And only short waiting times. However, I have been cancelled a couple of times as, presumably, clinics were running over. This wasted me considerable time waiting for the appointment only for it to be cancelled. But when I’ve got through, it’s been fine. My suggestion is to book an early appointment.
Got an appointment straight away and the doctor passed the information on to my surgery so that I could get things resolved. This was a great help as you cannot get an appointment at my surgery due to having to call on the on day and not being able to get through
