I ordered online a mini oven , it was a good price , I didn't really understand about vouchers . When I understood to use my voucher which had a week left on it , I was prompted to pay £5-99 postage everything was accepted but I did complete the order they had taken my money . I waited a week no contact when it would be delivered. I finally got through on watsapp chat and the said my voucher had expired . So I paid money for nothing , they would not answer my questions , they only said the voucher has expired. This company is a scam I don't really know how they are allowed to trade they use different names like wowcher , everything they do is dishonest and confusing. Don't use this company
Sent the wrong item. Paid £30 for delivery. Now expected to pay £30 to return. Deliberately misrepresented and a scam. How are they allowed to continue? Wowcher not bothered. You sold me an item I did not receive. It was a lesser value and not as described. This is illegal under The pricing practices of retailers must comply with the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations, which ban misleading actions. The regulations also give you the right to redress. The following practices fall foul of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations. You have done fallen foul of the clause in bold below.Dodgy discounts: Products advertised as 'on offer' for longer than they were sold at their full price, or increasing in price when they’re on multi-buy offer.Bait advertising: Luring the consumer with attractive advertising around special prices when the trader knows that they cannot offer that product, or only has a few in stock at that price.Bait and switch: Promoting one product with the intention of selling you something else They knew what they were doing and I now have to risk returning an item I may never get a refund for and at my own cost. Why is trading standards not being contacted for a class action for this company???
I have bought a pair of ladies slip on open back trainers/shoes. They are totally cheap like your'd get in a pound shop. Dangerous too as the heel is raised so you feel you are toppling over. They are also so flimsy so you have no hold in them. Worst thing I bought from them. And they only arrived on 10 March!
I've paid £16.99 for a holdall for my dentistry abroad....weeks have gone by and nothing....I'm back now....all phone numbers are dead ...and your site is full of same complaints......where is my delivery....or where is my money....nobody can get hold of them ,they know that..
I paid £39.99 for a wheelbarrow 5.2.2024 . Guess what - I didn't get one nor did I get a refund . At first I got asked for all my details by staff with no surnames like Geeta , Meena, Sanjay. then ignored. Total Scam. The Law/Trading standards in this country should be taking these thieves to task instead of hounding the motorist! I thought I bought a Wheelbarrow from Living Social / Wowcher / Groupon whatever name they are now using but I was issued a worthless voucher number - 6HJ56639F7212372X.
Still not received my order after almost 4 weeks. Have tried to ascertain the current situation, each time I received email from different operator asking me to give the same details over and over again. One operator informed me that my order no. was from 2011 even though ordered in January 2024. Payment deducted from my account, this is a scam will pursue via my PayPal or my bank and report to Ombudsman. Please avoid this company at all costs.
