Still getting rubbish from Wowcher/livingsocial about they can't refund my 14.99, I mean if they can't afford to refund 14.99 what chance has someone who's made the mistake of spending 100 euro or more. They are scamers plain and simple. Don't make the mistake I did and give them your hard earned money. Not to be trusted.

Item sent in battered packaging

Item sent in battered packaging, if it was in perfect condition I would have still returned it as the item was poor quality and not fit for purpose. I spent £22.50 and got £2.90 in refund. Absolute scam and would never use this or wowcher again. They need reporting to trading standards.

i order a goose pillow for my daughter, that was suppose to be delivered on the 18th of December, only to be told on the 20th that it will be 9 more days.what pisses me off is i also paid 12 euros extra for speedy delivery which i am going to annoy them for a refund why pay for speedy delivery if it going to take 14 daysnever will i shop on this site again

Wrong item sent, avoid these people

Wrong item sent. Complained and passed over to Woucher who after 29 WhatsApp messages passed me back to Living Social. I have exchanged a similar number of emails with them and they have blamed Woucher. Both have ignored my suggestion of my keeping the item but refunding the postage, so 10 days on, I am no further forward. They both have phone numbers but person is told that they don’t communicate by phone! Definitely avoid.

Dodgy iPad

I bought what I thought was a bargain 16g iPad from Living Social for £80.00 inc postage and packing … it was delivered without a charging lead (which I had to buy separately)and had writing scratched onto the back. The o/s system was out of date (12.5.7) and I could not put any applications onto it because they required at least a 16.5 o/s to work.As I needed an iPad for work I bought an up to date one for 4 times what I paid for the dodgy one from Living Social. I have unsubscribed from their mailing list and will not be using their services again.

Buyers beware !

I happily used this site in the past,but will no longer use it. If you are not careful ,you will be charged regular premium membership fees in addition to your purchase. The system appears to select this option for you automatically .Even when I deselected it,the premium membership reduction showed up in the invoice. This was very confusing and did not inspire trust in Living Social .
