Review Time
Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered! I was given a Royal Mail tracking number for the item I had ordered, but it was 1 character short. 50 or so emails later, I still have no item, no correct tracking number and no refund.Why on earth do Wowcher still use them?
A month ago I ordered a referbished ipad and a robot stem mop.The iPad arrived about a week ago, it was dirty, it had greasy residue and food on outside. The supplied power cable did not work so I had to buy a new one, when I eventually managed to change it I found it needed an update. Over the next few days I tried to download an app which required me to create an Apple account, whilst trying to create the account the iPad kept freezing and it took 5 days until I eventually got through the process. Once I had an account I was able to open the app store, find the app I wanted and press the get button. The iPad then displayed a message telling me that the operating system was 12.5.7 and I needed at a minimum o/s 15.5. I further discovered that the iPad could not be upgraded past it's current o/so because it's hardware was to old.I can not complain about faults with the second item I ordered (robot mop) because it hasn't arrived!I have tried connecting the company but I can't get an answer on the phone and my emails received an automated response.I only wish that I could give a lower than 1 star review.
Randomly I received two emails from this company today saying thanks for joining them and offering me a £20 voucher.Never signed up to them, never wanted to.Having looked on here, I can see they are linked to Woucher who I might have used once about 7 years ago. No thank you, clear off.
There is no working link for redeeming the delivery for mattress, merchant site has no contact details, no email or phone number. Living social what app also sent me a few messages but said they get back to me as it must have been AI chat and still nothing. This is highly frustrating as their email and customer service link bounce also . This is a disaster of an experience due to their many issues
Every bad review is TRUTHI haven't used WOWCHER for a considerable length of time. Recently, I started again and noticed that they are now linked with LIVINGSOCIAL. I have used them twice in the last 2 months and both times were shocking. The customer service is diabolical.1st time I bought a spa voucher and gift pack that I paid additional money for to have it delivered NDD. Living social wasted my time for 3 days trying to get assistance from their customer service department. In the end the gift arrived way too late.I then bought a Europe trip for £280 which was the price advertised on the site. Had so many issues redeeming, and in the end, when it came to confirming the holiday, the travel provider then wanted me to pay an additional £280.I have cancelled and requested a full refund, which they have declined. Trust and believe every penny will be back in my account one way or another.Livingsocial/wowcher are a scam. STAY clear.If you do use them, pay with PAYPAL or Klarna as they will support your refund.
