I ordered items on sale and after a three-week wait, I was informed that the package needed to be returned because no address was added for delivery. After multiple exchanges with the service and the delivery provider, I had to get a refund since I had travel plans and wouldn't be home to receive the items. I've spent thousands with them, yet they were unhelpful. Communicating with the delivery service is challenging, and so is reaching the support team, as it's all through email. Despite my complaints, there was no way to expedite the process. A simple mistake of not including an address resulted in three weeks of waiting for nothing. Even after being told the package was sent, I learned from the delivery provider that it was still with the seller. This has been a disastrous experience, and I won’t be spending my money here again. Choose companies that can actually resolve issues instead of offering generic apologies.

I purchased several items during a sale, unaware that the company only offers exchanges or store credit—this wasn’t clear at checkout. Two items were unwearable: $50 lounge shorts that were completely see-through, and $55 gym shorts with loose threads. When I returned them as faulty through their portal, I found no option for a refund or to upload photos. I assumed they would contact me after inspection, but instead, I was automatically given store credit for the return. After emailing with photos, I was told a refund wasn’t possible since I requested store credit. When I contested this, they claimed the issues weren’t manufacturing faults, saying loose threads and transparency didn’t qualify. They suggested I wear nude underwear with the sheer lounge shorts, which I didn’t buy for that purpose. Their website only has vague information about refunds for manufacturing faults, and now I have no proof of my return reason since their confirmation email only states the products returned. The company refuses to escalate the issue or provide anything beyond store credit.
I feel deceived—on November 20, I placed an order during their early sale. I was excited as everything was mostly in stock. After buying eight items, one was refunded and then I received a shipping notification three days later. A week and a half passed with no update on shipping, and suddenly the entire order was canceled, leaving me with only an email about the refunded amount. I checked their website and everything was still available, but now at higher prices! They cancel orders to resell and profit more. This brand is quite frustrating; save yourself the trouble.
If you order to the UK, they impose a £71 / $150 import fee without prior disclosure. The FAQ page contains only a single vague line, which does not inform customers of the full fees before purchase, clearly breaching consumer laws. I've raised this concern with them and hope they will address it so I can reconsider this review. So far, I've received a generic response from customer service suggesting I don't understand customs fees, which I do, along with UK and Australian consumer laws.

The seamless jackets are of very poor quality for the price. The Cherry Cola jacket is the worst activewear I’ve ever purchased—it's unstructured, and the material is so thin that it feels like stockings. The Blue version is slightly thicker but still poorly made. Neither is worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend them.
